RINOs Are Being Held Accountable
Votes of "No Confidence" against liberal Republicans are happening all over the country.
Friends,
Often times in our emails we talk about the bad news happening in the states. We focus on the terrible job RINOs are doing in charge of your state capitals. But today we have good news: More and more conservatives in red states are waking up to the fact that they’re not properly being represented.
In Idaho this week, three RINO state representatives received votes of “no confidence” in their respective districts. Multiple Republican committees in the districts of liberal Republicans Rep. Lori McCann in District 6, Rep. Julie Yamamoto in District 11, and Rep. Matt Bundy in District 23 gave them votes of “no confidence”. Additionally, the legislative district of RINO Rep. Kenny Wrote in District 13 voted to censure him.
Yamamoto and McCann are the top two Republicans on the House Education Committee. They are the reason Idaho did not get an ESA bill in the last session and voted against removing porn from school libraries.
After the IDFC raised hell about it, their constituents voted to hold them accountable.
For another example, several Republican committees in South Carolina counties have also voted to censure their state’s House GOP leadership after they kicked the SCFC out of their caucus.
This is precisely how it should work. In the past, a RINO could claim to be conservative because nobody exposed them. But now that our state freedom caucuses are getting loud, the scales are falling off the eyes of the public.
Montana:
The spotlight was on the Treasure State this week as the MTFC made national headlines for their efforts to end the disgusting practice of children going through dangerous sex changes. Thanks to the efforts of the MT Freedom Caucus, the amendment passed overwhelmingly in the legislature.
As the bill passed the House, a transgender Democrat lawmaker Rep. Zooey Zephyr told them “The only thing I will say is if you vote yes on this bill and yes on these amendments I hope the next time there’s an invocation when you bow your heads in prayer, you see the blood on your hands.”
In response, the MTFC immediately called for his censure due to a lack of decorum, which the House ultaimtely approved.
Several national news outlets, such as the Washington Post, CNN, and Associated Press covered the story. As you can imagine, their coverage was not very friendly to the MT Freedom Caucus. They humorously took issue with the fact that the caucus “misgendered” Zephyr in their statement (aka: they said a man is a man).
South Dakota:
As you probably know, Anheuser-Busch decided to completely alienate their customers by making transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney a brand ambassador for their company.
In response, the SDFC called on South Dakota Gov. Kristi Norm to immediately divest in the state’s holdings in the company, totaling thousands of shares of stock in the Anheuser-Busch company.
“South Dakota needs to put our money where our values are,” said SDFC Vice Chair Rep. Tony Randolph. “We cannot continue to invest in a company that promotes values that are contrary to those of South Dakotans.”
Arizona:
Gov. Katie Hobbs has officially set a record for most vetoes in a year for an Arizona Governor with 63. The AZ Freedom Caucus has been at the forefront of passing many common sense bills that would have done a lot of great things for the State of Arizona, but their new governor is singlehandedly preventing them from becoming law.
Take a look at just a few examples.
Wyoming:
Remember how Wyoming Speaker Albert Sommers prevented a bill to ban the transing of children from receiving a vote on the floor? Well, a couple in Wyoming is now suing their school board for transitioning their daughter to a boy behind their backs.
The WY Freedom Caucus vows to bring that bill to the floor in the next legislative session and ensure it becomes law.
Keep fighting,
